Español avanzado I (nivel 4)

Upon completion of the Advanced Spanish course, the student will:

  • Fortify understanding of subjunctive tenses
  • Broaden repertoire of vocabulary
  • Further explore future, present present, pluperfect and imperfect subjunctive tenses
  • Master understanding of such advanced intermediate level concepts as demonstrative adjectives, double object pronoun placement, relative pronouns, commands, stressed possessive adjectives, the differences between ¨ser and estar, concordance, and irregular verb conjugation.

Prerequisites

Admittance to this course requires demonstration of proficiency of levels 1, 2, and 3 concepts. Student must have successfully completed the level 3 course, or must have scored at least an 80% on the Advanced Intermediate Spanish exam.
